I ordered apple iPhone ** pro from Sangeetha mobiles website. Which they advertised ** minutes delivery. Why I chose online? Since, the product unavailable in the offline store which I tried multiple stores. I checked online where Sangeetha mobile said they can deliver maximum within ** hour in chennai area. So, I prefer to buy there. Which is the mistake. While ordering the mobile ** minutes changed to ** hr delivery. After the payment, they ghosted. They didn't provide any update only auto invoice was generated no tracking number. The next day April *st. I tried multiple calls to their customer care number no one picked up. I sent mail to support team, grievance team. No response. I felt like I got fooled and I raised ticket in NCH. Next day April *nd, morning *.** I sent mail to nodal officer to cancel the order and initiate the refund. In responded in evening *.** asking apologise with standard template and said he will escalate to relevant team and they will review. But, after two hours shipment status was updated. Here, they're fooling around. In there refund policy after out for delivery, there will be cancellation charge. They didn't moved while I mailed them but, they didn't initiate the cancellation still. Today they called again asking for feedback for their worst service. They are saying its not possible for ** hour delivery and there will * % of cancellation charge. Literally they're fooling the people. After, I checked their review in online and realised was huge mistake for chose Sangeetha mobile to purchase mobile . I'm not first one they are cheating lot of people. Please, do the needful to get the full refund.
