Sangeetha Gadgets Private Limited - Order Cancelled and Refund not Issued

I placed an order on *th April, it was not getting shipped then i check with customer care they said it will take * weeks more for the product to be shipped then I decided to buy it from somewhere else and i mailed them to cancel the order. They cancelled it on the very next day but there was no notification regarding refund upon calling them multiple times they said to wait for ** hrs each time i called. Till today there is no resolution. There grievance team is also dead , never reply to any email.
