I ordered food in Zomato
delivery boy denied my location due to heavy rain and I cancelled the order but I dont get any refund, full amount has been deducted.
I sent a mail to Zemato team in reply they said will get resolve within ** hours but Now Almost ** hours crossed I dont get any reply and my issue not resolved.
The Worst customer service in Zomato.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
