Divadeal - Order cancellation requested still the company shipped my order

I ordered two products from diva deal powered by shopify ,on *th october **** and did online payment of Rs.**** of the same .But found the same products were of far less cost on amazon .
So I read cancellation policy of diva deals ,it suggested that on cancellation is possible only if product is not shipped otherwise it will be returned with refund as credit points on the same site(which I don't want)
Cancellation can be done by sending an email on support@divadeal.in .so I cancelled my order #DD***** and Order #DD***** the same on *th october **** itself .I will attach screenshot of those emails.Then on saturday I recieved a call from diva deals asking for shipping confirmation I told him that I have already cancelled my order so don't ship the product .He said ok .Then again on monday *th oct.**** I recieved one email that my order is shipped.
I called back on the number +************ (I will attach screenshot of the call details)once somebody picked up my call but didn't answer and disconnected, later they didn't recieved the call at all.Didn't reply to my emails.
What should I do?
