Complaint: Quality worst. Posture corrector not able to wear. Hook arrangement is third class.
Mug showed of Steel without mentioning that * batteries required and sent of Plastic.
Asked Refund. Not ready to refund. Denying refund by saying there is no return policy though products are not suitable.
On its FB ads page there are number of complaints.
Please teach it tit for tat and force them to refund full/ */*th amount first and then to collect their items from my home then remainingb*/*th amount. If it collect products there is no guarantee that it will refund amount since bill / tax invoice is not provided.
