Divadeal - Divadeal.in did not deliver the product and customer care is not accessible

I had ordered hair removing machine in order number DD******. The order after * days shows in Chandigarh. Order origin is shown as Mohali. Noone is responding on customer care numbers ********** and ***********. I don't understand why my order is getting delayed and noone is available for customer support. On their phone lines, they tell "Chat with us for priority". But noone is available for chat too.
