Pepperfry - Order Cancellation Issues

I was browsing a product which i liked and while placing order due to location access it was showing misleading delivery date and date automatically got changed after payment. My Home and Product delivery address are different, the same was ordered for a purpose i.e. a short stay of mine in delivery city for myself. the same was taking one month time to deliver a mattress. The same mattress homeshop** in same price is delivering in * days. I placed order on **th July **:** am and called customer support at **:** am, within a min... they say there is no policy to cancel nor return money nor expediate delievery process. my money will be wasted as it will not solve the purpose and they are kind of letting me forcefully buy due to a small mistake.
