Flipkart - order canccelled automatically

I ADDED GIFT CARD TO MY FLIPKART ACCOUNT WORTH RS ***** TO PURCHASE MOBILE BUT WHEN I ORDERED THE MOBILE IT GOT CANCELLED AUTOMATICALLY THEN I TRY SO MANY TIME BUT IN THE RESULT IT SHOWES "SHIPMENT IS CANCELLED BY SELLER" NOW my rs***** got stucked .
i called customer care but they dont provide me any solution every time they said "we raise your complaint on behave of you " and then flipkart send me a mail in which they said it is a technical issue which is resolved now you can order mobile phone but i try to book mobile i cant order it and i tried so many time to get the solution but not get it yet.
