Swiggy - Order and Refund delayed

I had ordered food around *:** PM. But even after almost **:** my food is not delivered during this time of delay. I had asked for a refund several times because the delivery partner was moving away from the restaurant constantly But despite my several requests to have my amount refunded, they keep spinning me around in circles and did not provide me refund in a timely manner. It was late at night and I needed to have dinner, but I had to waste my time begging for my money back. It was a very frustrating experience. I have screenshots of the support chat asking for refund multiple times and they kept spinning me around.
