I ordered food from Punjabi Nawabi restaurant in Bangalore. I didn't receive my order because the delivery person cancelled the order at the last moment saying that I was unreachable. First of all I didn't receive any call and secondly no one came to my flat to deliver it. I had clearly mentioned my apartment number and every detail over there. Despite that, he cancelled it. The Zomato people are also not responding. They are saying we won't refund your amount. It's not about money. It's just that a company like Zomato for Rs***, they are harassing their customers. The order reached my society also and then when I called the delivery person, he cancelled my phone. Seriously, heights of shame.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
