Sir, i am a Dish tv customer with
vc number ********** on ** .**.**** i had opted to migrate to titanium hd pack under dish tv package south hd hndi and promptly i got an sms stating that my request is processed & your reviaed switch off date is **.**.**** and your total recharge amount is Rs.***/-. Based on the above said msg i recharged my account with Rs.***/- after that i got another msg stating my switch off date as **.**.**** and therafter i is a hell for me. They are not upgraded my package as per my option but when complained they are telling that my pack is migrated. So i lodged various may be about (**) complaints since **.**.**** to **.**.**** they even sent a technician but he couldnt resolve the issue. Sir it is causing me mental agony & financial loss as well. Inspite of trying whatever they ask me to do i hv done everything but to no avail so far. Till **.**.**** i have complained thro email, Dish tv app, sms es phone customer care on *-* helpline numbers, By givng mssed calls for refreshing the stb so many times but my problem is not resolved so far. Pl look into it & see that i what i have opted for and do justice to me
