Netmeds.com - Open strip without package and near expiry taets

On ** Nov **** i deliverd a tablet with open strips and without any package in a plastic bag and also other eyedrop had expiry date within * month and i orderd it in quantity of * and * so how was i able to use such drops within * month having manufacturing date almos * and hlaf year old . So i raised a complaint on phone they said you will get full refund within * days but till now i didn't received any singal call from netmeds , its been more than ** days now. My compaint No is NME*************
So just never order tablets from netmeds they are fraud
