Shopclues - Open product received

I have ordered from shopclues for hair building fibre ** gm of the top-up brand but I have received none branded (brand name not mentioned) ** gm in the sealed open condition. I have requested for refund/ replacement but they refused by saying the product is not returnable/ replaceable.
