My laptop is not working and hence I tried applying the warranty through hp online. From there they redirected me to whatsApp HP phone. But once we connected to them and went through some steps and i couldn't do it, they asked me to arrange a **gb pendrive but i was not able to arrange it, so next day I texted the hp whatsApp telling I don't have pendrive. They said they cannot help me with on site support warranty because we couldn't arrange a pendrive.
They asked me to purchase a pendrive then only they can give onsite support. This is bad business. I have * months on site support. They are trying to loot us. Please provide justice. Thanks
