Manjula Chauhan filed complaint against Myntra on Apr 20, 2022
Online order from myntra was placed on **th April **** from Shimla,HP but since April ** their app is showing ORDERED DELIVERED which is actually not delievered till now. We have lodged complaint many times through their service centre but they are strict to their stand that order is delievered already .
So we are left with no option than to file complaint through consumer court to resolve our issue and get back my product/refund and take appropriate punitive action against the company so that such kind of financial and mental harassment will not repeat again.

They refund my amount of *** rupees in July **** and now they say it got expired in Oct ****. They are not ready to credit my *** rupees back to my account.
