I booked online ticket on yatra my money was deducted but they sent me a message that tickets are not confirmed however after I booked tickets from another place ,I got a message from yatra' that my ticket are confirmed , I called them told them about this they told me they will refund my amount but till date they haven't
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
