On *th Oct **** I ordered for a product (Google Chromecast) from an Online website
https://www.insasta.com
I also made payment for the same Rs.***/= + Shipping Rs.** = Total Rs.***/- through my
Citibank Credit Card.
I got the Merchants Order Confirmation mail along with the copy of Tax Invoice. (attached
herewith for Poof )
The merchants website shows that the product was Shipped on *th Oct **** - but did not
provide any dispatch details like name of Courier or Consignment No etc for tracking.
Even after waiting for a reasonable period till date the Shipment has not been received.
Tried to contact the Merchants Contact No. ********** but it is always switched off.
After searching the net I found that there are many more victims like myself who have
also not received their products. That is when I realised that I have been CHEATED.
Kindly help me from your side with whatever action can be taken by you to get Refund of
this disputed transaction.
