My order Id is ******. I ordered two micro-usb to type C converters from them. After SEVERAL EMAILS I finally received my product after more than a month.
When I opened my package I was shocked to see ONE of the converter is faulty and the metal was bent towards outside. If it happened during the delivery, then the metal should be pressed downwards and not outwards.
This means purposefully/irresponsibly faulty item was sent.
The shipping is Rs ** and product cost is Rs **. It is not the amount, but their fraud dealing. This company has absolutely NO CUSTOMER CARE OR CHAT SUPPORT. NOONE RESPONDS.
I demand refund of my amount immediately.
