Vide order no.***** dated **/**/****, I had purchased an ORIGINAL Lenovo Replacement Battery (model no. BL***) for Lenovo Vibe K* plus from www.insasta.com for Rs.*** but I received the item but the quality of the product is worst and it's not Original Lenovo battery. Battery backup is worst. I already raised Return request online on **/**/**** but till date no action has been made & no communication has been made from their side even after several communication through several e-mails & phone calls by me .
Hence, it is requested to take necessary action to return the product and do needful to refund my amount at the earliest.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
