I was travelling **th march from dar es Salaam to mumbai after that mumbai to ranchi but my luggage was extra weight **kgs so i want to pay via online payment but there is no facility of online payment i was an atm card but it was expired due to long time stay at abroad i was only one option to pay via online i had that time only *thousand in my pocket i request many times to help indigo person but no body helped me one lady help me to pay by his atm card then i paid back to her its disgusting its big company here a small shop you can pay via online please add this in your service for better service and i complaints against that indigo employees they all hands off no body helped me if that lady not help me i can't travel that day i was coming after *years my home very bad service by indigo.
