Easy Trip Planners Private Limited - Online Fraud of Rs and Transfer to PPLS EASY TRIP PLANNER DELHI

It is informed to you regarding online Fraud of ***** Rs that Hacker had hacked my phone through Axis Bank website and ***** Rs transfer to PPLS*EASY TRIP PLANNER DELHI on **/**/**** **:** PM.I already lodged FIR in cyber crime and nearest police station. And also complained to care@easemytrip.com via mail.after that I shared all deducted amount details to risk team of ease my trip then it is found by team this is truly happening and shared all details by ease my trip that Frauders bought gift card of ***** Rs from your agency and spent in flight booking in Oman Air and Air India Express . I request agency to hold the gift card and cancel the ticket and fridge frauders account and amount transferred back to my account. I also filed complained in Air India Express and oman Air on the basis of ease my trip document and cyber crime FIR COPY after that Air India Express clarify that both ticket of dated **/**/**** has been cancelled and refund process has been initiated and amount transferred to agency account.after that I will try from two days via email to care@easemytrip.com for holding the refund amount but not any reply till date. I would like to request to you please took necessary action as early as possible.
