Easy Trip Planners Private Limited - Complaint regards the overcharged for flight rescheduling

I booked five air tickets from EaseMyTrip Planners Ltd. The per-ticket price was ₹***,***. I had requested them to reschedule my tickets, but they overcharged me for the date change. They are running a scam in the name of fare difference, but the reality is that the ticket price was lower for the new date. They charged me overall ₹***,*** for a date change, while I got the same changes in just ₹**,*** for the ticket i booked from the airline's website. After my tweet, they refunded me around ₹**,***, but this is not enough. It is still a significant amount.
