Easy Trip Planners Private Limited - Cancelled flight amount not refunded

Air India had cancelled my flight on *th April, **** (PNR: JV*BC) which they informed over mail and phone and provided me email for claiming refund from my travel agent i. e. Easemytrip. I forwarded all details to Easemytrip and also followed their process of claiming refund by cancelling with appropriate reasons. Airindia has refunded the full amount to Easemytrip in the month of April itself whereas they have not passed on the refund to me till date. I have contacted the customer care over whatsapp chat option * times and over email * times but everytime I am getting response that this case is an exceptional one and their team is working on it to credit the amount, have patience get updates from us in ** hrs time, we are sorry for the inconvenience etc. They had made me wait for * months for a refund of Rs. *** in the year **** also and I understand that they are not willing to refund thats why the case is pending. The customer service response is very poor and misleading and they are not ready to refund the amount to me despite continuously following up. My account with them shows REFUNDED against my booking since the month of May but amount has not been credited. Booking ID: EMT******** date of transaction **-**-****. I have bookings cancelled with other travel portals on many occasions before and during COVID times since many years and understand that staff may not be working fully technically and all such things may take mire than usual time but it's height of irresponsibility that even after getting refund from airlines they are nit crediting it to me which generally takes *-** days time at the most on any other travel portal.
