Olx Seller - Online fraud done

I bought a mobile from Olx from Sahil Kumar. I paid him **** advance by paytm in **********. Then the courier service asks for security money Rs. ****. I paytm it at **********. He forces me to give it on * separate bills again **** and ****. Then he told me that it was rejected if I don't paytm **** my all money is going to be held. I paid for it again. They said that all money will return with the package. But my courier still not arrive. Then they told me to pay ***** again. I refuse. The courier service no switches off now. And the owner of the phone is not responding now. Please help me.
