Agoda Booking - Online Financial Fraud

Respected Sir,
Where I had Made an payment from my Sbi yano mobile app for the sum of Rs.**** + Rs **** total of Rs.**,*** on *st February **** this payment was made by me for hotel room booking * rooms * days for * members accomodation at Varanasi. While iam searching for hotel deals in Varanasi in google i found this add in Google. The link which I seen is : https://www.tripadvisor.in/Hotel_Review-g******-d******-Reviews-Diamond_Hotel-Varanasi_Varanasi_District_Uttar_Pradesh.html

Where you can find the add Call me: ***** ***** inside pictures, but while iam searching on *st of February it was in first page, now it was been moved inside. With agoda booking menu. As i called this number listed on add in Trip Advisor with Agoda booking option and negotiated the room rent and the person spoken on other end said he was the General Manager of Diamond Hotel Varanasi. And to Transfer **** Rs first for booking * rooms for * days and after few hours he said to transfer rest of **** Rs where it's full payment for * rooms * days stay. Per room rent is *,*** Rs Nett. And hotel policy is ***% payment in Advance for reservation. I made this * payments of Rs **** + Rs ****. From sbi Bank.

On *rd of February i called him for knowing Room Numbers where it's the date of Check-in . This person said to open paytm app and to make transfer to: **********@paytm and enter : ***** in amount column and enter Upi pin. I asked once again my account will be debited if I do so. He said nothing will be debited than i get room reservation pdf file. I still entered *,*** and approved upi pin. The entered amount was too debited from my account.

At this stage as a known user of phone banking, net banking and upi user i had doubted the person. Finally i realised that he had cheated me. While I called up to Hotel Diamond Varanasi and asked for booking details provided by the fraud person. Hotel denied that no reservation was made in such name and no reference id on system reflecting based on the duplicate booking provided by fraud person. Finally i realised that i was been cheated.

Immediately i had lodged an online Complaint in Cyber Crime Portal. With Aucknowledgement Number: **************.

So now I kindly request you to help me regarding.
