Byjus Classes - Online class not happening

Respected sir/ma'am
My daughter has been admitted to byjus institute which was my worst decision ever but nothing to do now . She has been admitted for class * and ** till **** . . my daughter has joined her class but it has been ** mins , teacher did not join . Is this some kind of joke or what? And also in the app , online class option is not there where all the classes used to be shown . She can't see her timetable.All the Student helpline numbers are invalid . WE CANT CONTACT ANYONE . I WANT REFUND OF MY RS *****
No one is contacting us . We are very disturbed right now.
