Excital - Ongoing NoService by Excitel Local Staff Negligence Refusal of Refund and No Resolution

I have been facing continuous service outages and severe negligence from Excitel Broadband since **th October ****. Despite raising multiple complaints (latest ticket: Tkt*******), my broadband connection has not been restored, and I have received only automated responses and misleading updates.
The local Excitel person in my area (Rishabh, son of Harishankar) is not taking any real action. Recently, excital chat agent stated that “Dinesh Cable” is responsible, but I have never been contacted by him and Excitel refuses to provide any contact or address for Dinesh.
Attempts to connect via customer care always end with the IVR refusing to transfer to a human agent if there is an active complaint. The app falsely claims “attempted to contact,” but no real attempt is made. No home visit, no technician, and no direct call has happened since my first complaint this month.
Despite escalations, the company continues to bounce responsibility and offers no actual resolution or compensation. I request:
A written response with the real responsible person’s contact details.
Immediate restoration of service or, if not possible, full refund of the remaining plan price and my refundable security deposit and account closure.
Compensation for all downtime and proper accountability from Excitel staff and ground partners.
This issue is causing significant loss of work and stress, and the attached chat transcripts prove repeated misleading practices and complete lack of service.
