We have been facing continues disconnection and ping loss by excital. They never provided the service what they charged for. Seriously got their ***mbps plan but speed never even reached **mbps. Now in this pandemic we are working from home and excital just keeps on disconnecting. Local area provider do not entertain complaints very often.. Causing money loss to my clients n company.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
