I have a policy too cover my Apple IPAD for accidental damage through Oneassist. On **th February the Ipad accidentally slipped from my hand while normal usage while sitting on my sofa. A claim was immediately filed (claim number *******). On **th February I have been informed that the claim is rejected due to negligence. How can normal usage be considered negligence? Please help me resolve this as I am going ahead and approaching an authorized Apple center to get the repair done on my expense which I should not have had to. So clearly Oneassist is in breach of their contract with me.
