One assist - OneAssist denied to repair product under extended warranty

I have bought an extended warranty of * years for water purifier (brand a.O.Smith) from oneassist. The plan is valid until Aug ****. On **th Aug, I have raised a claim when my purifier stopped working. As per the technician inspection, motor and filters need to be replaced.
Oneassist declined to replace the filters stating they are not covered under the plan. While buying the plan I did check what is covered in an extended warranty and below was the response.
"Anything covered under manufacturer warranty is covered under oneassist extended warranty." attaching the screenshot of the same. A.O.Smith does cover filters under warranty. It's been more than ** days and I am not getting any response from oneassist.
