Respected sir/mam,
I hereby file this complaints officially that my dish wasn't working properly for the past * days. I have done my recharge yesterday. Yet it was not working. When I called up the office,they told I have to pay *** rs for dish manipulation. I haven't even touched the dish. If it has been turned due to heavy wind, how do u expect me to be responsible for this? Everytime,wind blows fast I have to pay up *** Rs. Due to poor response from Airtel dish TV office, Pondicherry I m forwarding this complaint to you. Kindly do the needful at the earliest.
