I ordered two items from Swiggy, Eatfit Restaurant today (Hyderabad)- Shahi Subz Biryani & Chole, Aloo & Gobi with Jeera Rice. The delivery boy on arrival only showed up with the biryani and said that the second item was unavailable and that it would either be refunded or delivered later by the restaurant. However, neither happened and Swiggy continually denies that one item of the order was not delivered (and they do not even try to contact the delivery boy - who keeps assuring that the restaurant will call). Swiggy rep said they'll will reimburse ** rupees, when I paid ***rs for the item. I either want the item delivered RIGHT now or a refund ASAP. Otherwise I might move the court. Hoping you'll get back to me before I get on Twitter.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
