I bought *year EWPRO Plus Retail Plan for amazon water purifier(Mi water purifier), I have been calling these guys to resolve this from one month no resolution provided, they say **-day resolution in their statement, no escalation metrics and un responsible they will keep users circling back, they don't send the updates to mail just to avoid complaints.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
