One assist - One assist fraud

One Assist is totally a fraud company that deduct amount from customer without even informing them. Its kind of fraud or scam which this company is doing and making their rules and regulations according to their own benefits.
They deduct ₹**** from my HDFC credit card on ** Feb without any acknowledgement or any informing, when i raise a request on same day then i got call on ** Feb and a customer representative told me that it was deducted as you opted service in **** year and due to which we are debit your amount, when i tols him that i have not opted it or incase if i opted then why u don't intimate me before deduct amount. Then he simply said its per our policy that we don't intimate the customer on mail or message because we use d to get lot of request from customer that they don't want to receive call..... Like seriously you are deducting an amount and based on *out of ** customer yiu are not giving call to ** customer.
And also the service that i opted was on **** year then how can these guys can still deduct the money if i have not opted it in ****,**** or **** year.
I want my total refund back and would suggest other customers to not avail their service.
