Hi ,
I purchased one assist AMC plan for my MI **"TV in the month of July **** and My TV display stopped working on **th Sep ****. I raised for servcie request and tecnician who visited us said panel needs to be replaced and it will be done free of cost. Then they started procurment process. On **nd sep **** morning I recieved a call from service team saying panel is recieved and they are coming to change the panel without any charges. Then starts the drama and the cunningness of oneassist company. same day **nd sep **** afternoon recieves a mail from one assist amd says they cnat replace the panel and they will give **k a refund. When I questions about this no one gives proper answer and they closed my SR ticket on **rd sep without any notice and without asking for an OTP. I am wondering how many people are cheated like this from this company. Now i need complete amount to be claimed (Panel cost is **k and sum assured is **k) or as panel is already available they have to replace it. I will not stop the fight until any of these two happens.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
