Olx Seller - olx thug - Prateek Jain refusing to refund my money

Hi sir this fraudster named Prateek Jain has cheated me for **** Rs. I felt victim to his add on olx.in where he is selling ps* (playstation * slim) for just Rs. ***** whereas other people are selling it for ***** to **,***. Rs. I inquired as to why he is selling so cheap, he said he wants to build a gaming pc. So at first he asked me to pay **** through paytm and told me to pay the remaining after I get the parcel. But I said I will at first pay you *** as courier charges and you show me the courier receipt. To which he within five minutes of my contacting him supplied me with fake DTDC courier receipt. I found the exact courier receipt number on one of the consumer complaints site of DTDC. On inquiring him as to why he sent me fake courier receipt, his tone suddenly changed and he told me to pay first *** Rs. courier charge and then only he will ship the product. I told him to deduct money from **** Rs. which I already sent, but he is not listening. I also told him to show proof of my ps* being packed. He is not providing me with any relevant proof. Also at first he agreed that I send *** on **th of September along with remaining **** Rs, which makes total ****, now suddenly he is insisting that I send *** right now and then only he will dispatch the courier. I am totally cheated sir by this Prateek Jain. Pls take necessary action against this fraudster/thug/scammer. His mobile number is **********. He claims him to be from MP, Indore. He also lured me with is Adhar card id address proof stating that he is legit, which I felt trap to it. I then called him on his phone and to my surprise he is still proving that he is legit and right now he playing GTA* on his ps*. How can I trust a person who is supplying me with fake dispatch courier receipts and side by side he is telling me to make a voice call which proves him that he has ps* with him. Kindly pls Voxya help me get refund of my **** Rs. and teach this fraudster a good lesson so that he wont cheat other innocent people like me on olx.in. His advertise is still there on olx.in despite reporting olx about his fraud.
