On **th of Aug'**, I ordered * redmi note * pro mobile (Neptune Blue, ***GB, *GB RAM) through Amazon India Website vide order No. ***-*******-******* (Seller: TeleventureSLP). On **th Aug'**, I got delivered to me. But when I open the box, it was found that the box seal was broken and the box was found to be old one. On opening further, the mobile phone was found to be of Nebula Red instead of Neptune blue and the specs was found to be of **GB, *GB RAM and also the back side of the mobile was found defective (back side of upper corner found slightly open with adhesive stain). Invoice copy of the mobile also shows the seller name as VCELL INDIA IMPEX PRIVATE LIMITED. I have continuously follow up with Amazon customer care but in vain.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
