Ola Auto - Old driver not following under the government guild lines and behaved very rude

Today I booked Ola cabs through your app and the driver name is Mr. Suhail Ahmed his auto registered number is KA **D ****. Mobile no **********.
He reached on time and I entered into auto and I shared my otp which is in the screenshot after that he told by technical errors itz got cancelled so you need to pay ***rs cash and I asked him how can it happens I didn't get any confirmation message or communication that driver didn't wear proper mask and started argue with me so I gave him ***rs after that by on the way he added one more person without my permission how can he allowed *rd party in the auto from they alz he took **rs cash.
This is insane service giving from Ola, not following proper safety measures under the government guild lines if some thing happened to me who he responsible here.
I need file a case against him and you guys have investigation and raise a complaint against the driver make him to take charge.
Definitely I will escalate this on under the court of law.
