Respected Sir,
My name is Kurapati Hareesh Kumar. I purchased the vehicle Swift Dzire VDi with amount of ***,***/- on May ** **** at *:** PM at Spinny Company Uppal.
After my purchase I found major problem was Fuel tank is nil might be * or * Kms diesel, due to this car got stop at night at **:** PM in huge traffic while raining. I got down the car and pushed the car along with my driver. The car fuel tank is empty and poured ** litres for amount of **** Rupees. Note: While Delivery the compliment should be * to ** litres of diesel when the car handover to customer.
Second incident was tyres which was different front and back. The * front tyres got blast due to replace of * different companies allocates to my car. front * tyres are Goodyear and * back tyres are Apollo and stepin is ceat. Due to this blast of tyres I replaced with * new bridge stone tyres with *****/- rupees which giving me a lot of pains and expensive.
Third Incident is Front glass which is duplicate because when we drive at night hours the opposite vehicle light is reflected as * lights and it is blur to identify the opposite vehicle and eyes getting strained.
Fourth incident is body is getting vibration and yesterday at **th June **** at **:** pm while running car I found headache and went to mechanic and he replaced right montage which costed me ****/- and need to replace another * montage right side of battery and bottom body for engine which cost me another ****/- rupees and overall it's is ****/- approximately.
Fifth Incident is Clutch plates which is very hard in driving and I found painful while pressing it with left leg. I got painful and visited physiotherapy. Later again I visited mechanic, he told me amount *****/- replacement and repair.
Sixth Incident is After taking the vehicle after * days I spoke to one executive whose name is Vishnu work as Executive +************ he told now we can't replace the vehicle. Shiva who handover car without investigation infront of me +** ***** *****.
Seventh Incident is Without investigation infront of customer the vehicle was handover. After * week I called them but their response is irrelevant.
Cosmetic changes - Seat Covers, Sound Speakers, Android Screen, Horn, Back Camera with amount of *****/-
Before the repairs the vehicle cost is ***,***/-
After repairs: Due to blast tyres - *****/-
Montage - ****/-
* Ltr Fuel while delivery - ****
Insurance is ****/-
The total amount is ****** which should be refunded to customer due to customer dissatisfied.
