I am writing this mail to bring your notice a serious matter of concern, in other words grave mental harassment from the company.
For the last few days, I have being received threatening calls/SMS of legal action by team Ola from not paying off the Ola postpaid of something **** Rs. Firstly, I have never opted for the postpaid feature, never got a call from the company regarding this. When, I put forth this scenario to one of legal adviser Mr. Dhiraj **********, he said this is probably a got from the company side as human make mistakes. He threatened me of serious conscious, as if I have a bank loan defaulter.
I paid *** Rs to the driver in cash as owing to some technical issues Ola money was not applicable. I don’t have any ola bill whatsoever.
So, it is a humble request from my side to wave off this bill, otherwise I will have to make some serious decisive call which can tear apart the credibility of the company.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
