Olacabs - Wrongly Debited from partner account Rs 2208

VenuGopal filed complaint against Olacabs on Aug 31, 2022

I am driver cum partner to olacabs since from * years on **th August ola debited Rs **** stating **th August bill recorrection ....but no details shared but amount debited from my hard earning after that I raised concern to partner care.... They said that they don't have details but debited again the CRN no ********** ....

Firstly on **th August I have not been worked on ola platform no even done single ride... Who can this be possible... Again I tried on twitter @ola_support. They are saying please share details after sharing the same they says it's more then ** hours no details available...

Please understand we are working under your app your server it's your responsibility to check the details and provide accuracy of the data ...

Not like wrongly debiting partners account such big amount without an reason...

Now ola support team reverted stating that concern register we will revert aganist the ticket no ********* ...

However I been initiating couple of email to support team and Mr Bhavish Aggrawal... CEO of olacabs but why so much lazy in addressing concern... Driver / Partners means so cheap or what???

I need an clarification why they debited Rs **** amount which was not been colleted by me nor ola has credited that money to me....

Then how Ola can debit this amount from my earning need clarification and support on priority
