I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I received at the Sunkadakatte Bangalore Ola Service Center today.
Despite following your team's confirmation, I visited the service center and waited for over an hour without any response or assistance. My request was passed between several technicians, including Goutham and Tirupathi, but no resolution was provided. I was ultimately told to return tomorrow, which is highly inconvenient and unprofessional.
This experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. The lack of support and the manner in which my request was handled reflects poorly on your service standards.
If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to consider filing a complaint with the consumer court and starting a campaign to boycott Ola scooters in social media
Please take immediate action to address this matter. I expect a prompt resolution and a response detailing how you plan to rectify this situation.
Thank you for your attention to this urgent matter.
I am not able to ride bike a without display and randomly the left side keys are working while applying indicators due to this i am facing issue with other riders
Note -If any accident happened to me ,OLA is totally responsible !!
I sent the above mail and still sending remanding mail for the solution ASAP !! however I am not receiving any respond from them
