I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the ongoing delay in servicing my Ola scooter. I have been calling almost every day, raising service requests and reporting breakdowns over the past two months. Despite these repeated efforts, my vehicle service is still not completed, and my scooter remains unusable.
These unresolved tickets and frequent closures without resolution have left me unable to use my scooter for over two months. Kindly treat this as an urgent grievance and provide a clear update, ensuring my vehicle is repaired and restored to working condition at the earliest.
Please review my attached service history and tickets for reference, and let me know when this issue will finally be addressed.
