My Ola scooter Model name- OLA S* X *KWH Reg. No.- MH**CT**** is in Ola service center, Khopoli- ******, since ** September ****. Scooter was showing "System issue **" error and was not working. But no one is looking after it, it is in same condition at what i have given in service center, I called in customer care many time since i have given scooter in service center, they always replied with the same that we have forwarded your complaint we will update you soon, everytime same reply, not giving any dates for repairing. Even no one is there in service center to look after. I am just paying my EMI's for scooter which is in service centre for more then * months now. So need to file grievance. Hope i will get solution from your side soon.
