OLA ELECTRIC - Ola Scooter needs service

On **.*.** my scooter suddenly turned off and it remained off for * days and even rebooting did not work, even after complaining no one came to check. Then on the *th day when I started the scooter, the scooter suddenly turned on, but I have a feeling in my mind that the scooter will turned off while moving again. That's why I want a technician to visit my home and check the scooter so that the reason for the scooter suddenly switching off is to be found out and such problem does not arise in future but even after complaining several times no technician is visiting to my place as I live *** km far from any ola service centre so it is impossible for me to visit ola service centre with scooter.
