Please note i have been taking the services of your ola cabs since **** onwards and i had cleared all my dues paying amount till my last trip on on ** august **** to the concerned drivers of your vehicles and how all of a sudden this post-paid outstanding balance ***Rs. Infact on contacting customer support they admitted they didn't had any data to validate about dues.Still, I am being imposed to pay my dues. The way i am getting reminders by way of messages to my mobile for no fault of mine is nothing but harassment to your customer.
I request you to please verify from your end and correct the records and let me continue making use of your services in future
