I have taken ola rental for to and fro journey from jamshedpur to ranchi on **th sept . During the ride driver ask me the mode of payment which was ola credit. Then the driver told that he has no money to fill the petrol and I need to pay him cash for filling petrol which will be refunded by ola once I complete my ride and post complain else in the middle of journey he will cancel the ride.
I was left with no choice and payed him **** rs cash and **** rs was deducted from ola credit for journey . After the journey was completed I filed complaint for refund however even after * days there has been only solidarity mail from ola without any timeline for redresal of complaint.
This is totally unacceptable. Please support
