Dear Team,
I have already reached out to you on *********** thrice in a week to resolve my issue regarding Ola money postpaid payment. They told me we are arranging a call back with Ola Money Postpaid within ** Hour. But I didn't received any call back from your end.
Following are my complain number that I received on my mail id.*********, ********* etc...
Actual Issue are described below:
I have booked a Ola Cab (Prime Sedan CRN ********** )on Mon, Feb **, **:** PM From New Delhi To Rajnagar Extension Ghaziabad.
At the time of booking I selected Pay via Cash and at the end of the trip I paid rupees *** to driver on demand. At the same time rupees *** deducted from my Ola Money wallet on completion of the trip but I was not aware about this deduction.
After few days back I received a message that you have to paid rupees *** to against ola money postpaid.
What is this? I am so confused how this disgusting happened?
This is the worst experience that I found with Ola Cabs. Why do I pay this amount twice If I already paid through Cash?
I am not able to book cay cabs this time.
Please resolve it on urgent basis.
