I have been charged in postpaid for the ride which is canceled by driver as he was not able the start ride due to his unawareness of use of APP.
please check the duration of ride is * mins
I have raised the issue on app support but no resolution got. Within time limits of ** days screen shot attached.
Driver was continuously on call with some one who guiding him how to use app, he confirm I'll be charged for the ride but amount is added in postpaid.
Every hr I am getting calls from Ola now getting msg on what's app that executive will visit my residence
