I am Priyanka from Delhi. I would like to raise an issue about the torture that ola executives have been giving me. From last ** days I have been getting calls that my ola money postpaid bill is pending. I have already told the team that the rides were not taken by me. They have been telling me that the issue has been raised to the higher authorities but no response from the team has been provided. I would request you to please take an action on the same. Else I would have to take a legal action against Ola.
The rides for which I have been asked to pay are attached below.
